Howard Weiner is the Chief Operating Officer. Howard is a successful entrepreneur with experience in every facet of starting, growing and sustaining new companies. As COO, Howard has overseen the business and strategic development for iPORT , managing its successful roll-out to the eye care industry. Howard has been involved in the creation of several successful web-based businesses, including an advertising services company – 4gig.com. In 2001, Howard launched BuilderFinish.com, an online finishing and fixture provider to large-scale national contractors in the homebuilding industry. As head of Dearborn Development Group, a real estate development company, Howard is the recipient of the prestigious international AIA award for the Skybridge residential tower in Chicago. Over the last 25 years, he has managed large-scale projects in Chicago, Nashville and Montreal.

Glenn Emig is the Chief Financial Officer. Glenn is a respected and well known financial manager who joined iPORT after retiring from JMB Realty where he spent 20+ years, most recently as its Chief Operating Officer. While at JMB, Glenn was responsible for all portfolio management activities where he brought together eight separate functional areas to service various clients. During his tenure there, the company raised over $9 billion of equity capital from individuals and institutions, and managed over 150 joint venture relationships. Glenn has been a director for New Century Holdings and Ontario Street Investments. A Vietnam veteran and green beret, Glenn received his MBA from Harvard, holds a Phi Beta Kappa degree from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ed Weiner is the President of iPORT Marketing. Ed has been at the forefront of the eye care industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining iPORT in March of 2003, Ed founded and took public National Vision Associates which became the leading optical vendor to Wal-Mart and the nation’s fourth largest optical company. Ed is also the founder of M.O.D.E., the first national provider of turnkey optical offices, installing over a thousand offices across the US. At iPORT , Ed has spearheaded the endorsement, partnership and participation of leading eyecare manufacturers such as Zeiss, Marchon, Essilor, Vistakon, Charmant and Viva.

Idriss Bennis is the Chief Technology Officer. Idriss has over eighteen years of product development and large scale project management experience working for some of the nation’s leading technology providers. His extensive knowledge of Web technologies, productivity software such as Sharepoint and CRM systems, and database design drives iPORT ’s ability to continuously provide the most technological advanced tools that are easy‐to‐use and easy‐tounderstand for our customers.
